Read moreIn my yoga teaching I kept bringing Feldenkrais into it. Being slow, taking breaks...It has influenced a lot of what I do. It is really freeing to have that agency for myself. I don't think I have ever been to a class before where the message is do what suits you. It is really empowering...slowly breaking down perfectionism. | HS

Read moreI'd forgotten how delicious your classes are, with full permission to do whatever I want, even if that is nothing. I felt very connected to my body, my movement. Having an eye pillow helped. Feeling a gradual progression of being very comfortable, to be here and stay present. It feels like a massive achievement to be ok in my body. | HS

Read moreEven with chronic fatigue syndrome I can take part in a physical movement class and positively connect with my body. Feldenkrais has given me a new way to tune into my body and movement… with minimum effort and letting go of unnecessary tension. I always feel better after classes and my body feels more aligned and and relaxed. The classes also help with my persistent lower back pain. | JS
