Read moreTherapeutic. Essential. You don't know how much you need them until you take the first class. Thank you for creating a space and community for those of us who have for reasons various have neglected our bodies! | AS

Read moreThe sessions are brilliant. I especially enjoy the humour, for it helps me relax, and the clarity with which instructions are issued, which is no mean feat. | AS

Read moreThe thing that has been a most welcome surprise is the body positivity that the sessions have inspired in me. I have always been very conscious of the way I look and had never known myself to be content with my body, until my sessions with Julie encouraged me to affirm and celebrate it. | AS

Read moreThrough the sessions, I have become aware of how my body is carrying the burden of stress and how to combat it. I especially enjoy the full body scans that bookend the sessions as they make me perceptive of the subtle changes that my body has experienced during the course of the session. | AS

Read moreI have couple of orthopaedic problems that I find Feldy invaluable for, as a body re-learning experience… And, it is a good option for an activity for me to do, with having CFS / ME, as it is so gentle and my body likes the rests. | SB

Read moreI continue to enjoy the pace and quality of the movements. It is always wonderful to tune in to little unexpected body awareness ‘aha’s! My hips felt 20 years younger after the class where my feet were rolling on my water bottle! I've really enjoyed the combination of " back to basics" classes and those involving pioneering moves. | SB

Read moreI noticed at the end of my lesson when you were commenting about the differences we may feel, I could breathe deeper and more with my diaphragm, so I felt more spacious and expansive. | HS

Read moreIn my yoga teaching I kept bringing Feldenkrais into it. Being slow, taking breaks...It has influenced a lot of what I do. It is really freeing to have that agency for myself. I don't think I have ever been to a class before where the message is do what suits you. It is really empowering...slowly breaking down perfectionism. | HS

Read moreI'd forgotten how delicious your classes are, with full permission to do whatever I want, even if that is nothing. I felt very connected to my body, my movement. Having an eye pillow helped. Feeling a gradual progression of being very comfortable, to be here and stay present. It feels like a massive achievement to be ok in my body. | HS

Read moreIt went very deep. It's lovely. That internal awareness, sensory feedback…going beyond the perception of the senses. Something happens after that when you go into that real stillness…which I get in deep meditation. A beautiful class. | ML

Read moreI am becoming more aware of how my body works whilst I am hoeing in the gardens. I've realised that I'm not engaging with my pelvis…making my lower back painful and tight. I do a lot of bending and lifting, and just being more aware that I have a pelvis that can help in these tasks is very useful! | JL

Read moreI want to let you know how useful I'm finding your sessions. I feel very squashed up before, and then afterwards I feel that my spine and pelvis have released themselves. | JL

Read moreI am enjoying the classes, especially last week which was useful for relaxing my lower back… There’s more to Feldenkrais than I realised. | IS

Read moreLove the gentleness, the pace was just right, and all the exercises surprised me. What started out as a tiny movement in the class resonated hours later for me in much deeper muscles than I thought I had used in that small movement. | C

Read moreI definitely felt like there were more points of contact with my mat by the end of the session which I'm assuming is a loosening of tension. | ET
