The thing that has been a most welcome surprise is the body positivity that the sessions have inspired in me. I have always been very conscious of the way I look and had never known myself to be content with my body, until my sessions with Julie encouraged me to affirm and celebrate it. | AS

Through the sessions, I have become aware of how my body is carrying the burden of stress and how to combat it. I especially enjoy the full body scans that bookend the sessions as they make me perceptive of the subtle changes that my body has experienced during the course of the session. | AS

I have couple of orthopaedic problems that I find Feldy invaluable for, as a body re-learning experience… And, it is a good option for an activity for me to do, with having CFS / ME, as it is so gentle and my body likes the rests. | SB

I continue to enjoy the pace and quality of the movements. It is always wonderful to tune in to little unexpected body awareness ‘aha’s! My hips felt 20 years younger after the class where my feet were rolling on my water bottle! I've really enjoyed the combination of " back to basics" classes and those involving pioneering moves. | SB

I'd forgotten how delicious your classes are, with full permission to do whatever I want, even if that is nothing. I felt very connected to my body, my movement. Having an eye pillow helped. Feeling a gradual progression of being very comfortable, to be here and stay present. It feels like a massive achievement to be ok in my body. | HS

I am becoming more aware of how my body works whilst I am hoeing in the gardens. I've realised that I'm not engaging with my pelvis…making my lower back painful and tight. I do a lot of bending and lifting, and just being more aware that I have a pelvis that can help in these tasks is very useful! | JL

Love the gentleness, the pace was just right, and all the exercises surprised me. What started out as a tiny movement in the class resonated hours later for me in much deeper muscles than I thought I had used in that small movement. | C
