What Happens?

  • 5x live sessions on Zoom (60 mins each)

  • 5x recordings to keep & use as many times as you like

  • For all ages & abilities, even with pain, injury or anxiety

  • Mostly lying down. I have a big focus for everyone on how to maximise your comfort & receptivity

  • If you have a challenge we can talk before the course starts to figure out a bespoke plan for you & your situation

  • Each week

    • 45-min gentle, guided lesson in Awareness Through Movement®

    • Sharing a key Feldenkrais strategy, to learn & improve at anything

    • Time for Q&A, chat with peers
