WHAT TO BRING
We will spend a very few minutes standing or sitting to introduce the session and ask any questions as we go. We will have a short break around half way through.
TALK TO ME IF YOU HAVE CHALLENGES
Apart from that, we will mainly be lying down. I can suggest adaptations if you are not comfortable or recovering from any pain or injury. Talk to me before hand if you like, so we can work it out.
BRING YOUR PROPS FOR SELF-CARE
Please bring any props to take care of yourself as much as possible. This is an essential ingredient in the success of this method!
So please bring:
your own mat or rug to lie on
a towel to fold up to use for your head to lie upon
optional extras for your own comfort >>> blanket, cushion, blocks, more towels…
