This short Awareness Through Movement lesson is easy for anyone to do.

Lie on your floor, rug, mat or bed. You don’t need any physical prowess as our starting point is with simple everyday movements. And, we develop gradually from there.

Please use props to make yourself comfortable. Self-care is important! Practise being nice to yourself. And it also helps your nervous system settle down, be ready to learn new ways of being, of moving and to change your state.

I hope you enjoy this lesson. It is an adventure in mindfulness in motion. For some who struggle with mindfulness, they find this more do-able. More absorbing, less boring. And it is a great adjunct for fans of practices like breathwork and meditation.
