The easy way to opt in to a class if your time is unpredictable - space permitting.

Explore novel movement patterns, alongside effective learning and self-care strategies. We focus on easy and slow movements with an emphasis on awareness.

In just one hour, feel greater ease and vitality as you get a taste of how to use your body in an entirely new way.

This term we will look at gaining a dynamic foundation, with both balance and push-off, from responsive, mobile feet and ankles. We will integrate this with knees, hip joints, pelvic powerhouse and spine, so that your whole self can feel poise and power in standing.

There will be 3 weeks off over Easter, with classes starting again on 3 May.
